We were in Florence taking care of our grandson while his Mom and Dad were at the hospital. His Mom gave birth to our second grandson and she wanted her toddler close by.
The hotel was conveniently located and it had everything that we needed and the price was not outrageous.
We enjoyed our stay and we would definitely stay there again.

This property is in a good location with many of restaurants nearby. We stayed here specifically for the outdoor pool which was closed dur to mainteance. They were apologetic and did offer the hotel of their sister property next door. The hotel is dated, but looks like they have made some updates as the Bathrooms were nice, large tv's in the room. Of course the beds are always very comfortable.

Clean, good bed, the bathroom was nice, looks like they just updated the window treatments, staff was professional. The place was sold out. Lots of kids at breakfast. Not enough food for everyone. It is the weekend before July 4th. We stayed one night. I’d stay here again.

Everything was perfect.
Excellent stay! Front desk was efficient and friendly. Asked the right two questions regarding my service animal. Room clean, bedding clean. Shower was clean but could use a little updating for wear. Breakfast was great! Cheese omelettes, ham, pancakes, fresh waffles, fruit, muffins and all the things. Everything was hot and put out early! Even the tea water was piping hot. Hallways were very quiet overnight. Slept great. Perfect stay.

Well....this was a nice 1 night stay. It was a Monday, so it was quiet. Check in was easy and the young lady who checked us in was awesome. The room was superb. We did have a bigger room,(306) so it was nice. The pull out sofa was in good condition. Breakfast was a good quality. Breakfast crew was great. Coffee was exceptional. (Dark roast) The only problem areas were, one elevator completely not operating, the gym was small, limited and dirty, plus the A/C in the room was very antiquated.
